I went out to a local thrift store and bought an outfit that was within a budget of $50. I found some interesting garments that can really fit together. First was the olive green corduroy jacket. I styled the jacket by rolling up the sleeves for a cooler feel. The faded pink tee shirt was just a simple cotton shirt with a crew neck. The most interesting part of the outfit are the merino wool pants. It was a cozy texture with small pecks of color into it. Lastly I found some worn out boots to complete a nice warm rugged outfit. This was fun for me because I challenged myself to create an outfit with restriction of price. I normally love to create outfits but this specific challenge really sparked another part of me which is to save money while still expressing myself.
